WHAT IS CLUB FALLEN? Club Fallen is a patriotic club that gives members access to exclusive t-shirts as well as discounts on patriotic jewelry & apparel on our store. There are two different membership levels that are available, Gold & Silver. The Gold Membership is a Shirt of the Month Membership (with all access discounts), and the Silver Membership is an all access pass to exclusive discounts on our store.

 

HOW DOES THE CLUB WORK? When you sign up for the Gold Membership or Silver membership, you will immediately receive an email to create your account. Once you create your account, you will be prompted to login to our store. Once you log in, you will gain access to exclusive deals, discounts, early releases, & more on FallenYetNotForgotten.com! You will retain this access on a monthly basis by keeping your membership active, and staying logged into your account.

 

WHAT MEMBERSHIP PERKS AND BENEFITS ARE OFFERED? For Silver Members, just login to your account at FallenYetNotForgotten.com and AUTOMATICALLY receive 15% OFF & FREE shipping on all products in our store, as well as exclusive access to members only apparel, and early access to sales & new arrivals. Gold Members receive the same benefits as the Silver Members, but you also receive an awesome patriotic shirt in the mail every month!

 

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE? The Gold Membership is available in Monthly, 6 Month, or 12 Month annual subscriptions. The monthly subscription it is $20, billed monthly. The 6 month subscription is $110, billed every 6 months, and the 12 month subscription is $205, billed annually. The Silver membership is available for monthly, the first month is always FREE and every month thereafter is $6.95.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MONTHLY, 6 MONTH, AND 12 MONTH ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP? The monthly payment plan is paying for 1 shirt per month. The 6 month and 12 month payment plans give you discounts for paying up front. Regardless of which plan you choose, you will still receive 1 shirt per month, based on your subscription.

 

DO I GAIN INSTANT ACCESS TO EVERYTHING? Yes! As soon as you receive your initial club email, follow the instructions for logging into Club Fallen and you will have instant access to free shipping, discounts, exclusive club apparel, & more!

 

WHEN WILL MY FIRST SHIRT ARRIVE? The monthly billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month and shirts are shipped out by the 10th of each month. If you join after the 10th of the month, your shirt will be shipped out within 48-72 hours.

 

HOW DOES BILLING WORK? For the Gold membership, members are billed on the day of signup and then on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you sign up between the 1st through 31st of the current month, you will be billed and will receive a shirt for that month, then you will be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter, while receiving your monthly shirt. For the Silver Plan Members, the first month is FREE and you are billed every 30 days thereafter.

 

I NEED TO SKIP A MONTH, CAN I DO THAT? Yes! Email our customer support team anytime at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com and we can put a pause on your monthly subscription for however long as you need. We are here to help. 😊

 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE MONTHLY SHIRT CLUB? Shipping is FREE for both Gold & Silver Members! The monthly shirt, as well as any other product on our store comes with free shipping, as long as you’re an active member.

 

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, HOW CAN I GAIN ACCESS AGAIN? We’re so sorry for this inconvenience! Email our customer support team at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com and we’ll troubleshoot your issue.

 

DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHICH SHIRT I GET? Each monthly shirt is an exclusive surprise, but don’t worry, we have amazing artists & graphic designers that love what they do and take pride in creating awesome, unique, & patriotic apparel!

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR RETURN THE SHIRT IF I CANNOT WEAR IT OR I DON’T WANT TO WEAR IT? Yes! email our support team anytime at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com to make any changes to your order.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS, PAYMENT INFO, OR SHIRT SIZE? Just send our team an email at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com to make any changes to your shipping or billing information.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all Gold or Silver membership orders. If you don’t like your shirt, just email our support team at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com and ask for a cancellation and/or refund. For the 6 and 12 month payment plans, there are no refunds after 30 days.

 

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE? The Gold and Silver memberships don’t expire until you cancel them by emailing us at support@fallenyetnotforgotten.com

 

HOW DOES THIS HELP THE US MILITARY AND FALLEN HEROES? Portions of all sales from Fallen Yet Not Forgotten go to charities and organizations that support Veterans and their families.

 

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT? Our shirts are 100% cotton and a mix between form fitting & relaxed…not too tight, while being slightly relaxed and very soft. Our shirts range from S-4XL, for all shapes and sizes!

 

WHY AM I NOT GETTING THE FREE SHIPPING AND 15% OFF PERKS? Make sure you’re signed into your membership account on FallenYetNotForgotten.com. Also make sure you’re still an active member.
