    • When will my order arrive? Processing & Shipping times are between 4-9 days for all pins/jewelry and 7-10 days for all apparel (hats, shirts, hoodies, etc.), depending on your location in the US. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. In rare cases delays can happen during the shipping process that include weather delays, breakdowns, etc. so please check with our support team if your order doesn't arrive on time at Support@FallenYetNotForgotten.com
    • Where can I track my order? You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page at Track Order.
    • Do you ship internationally? Yes, at FallenYetNotForgotten.com we ship to 175+ countries around the world!
  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates inside the USA start at $4.95 and international shipments start at $5.95. These rates can vary based on item weight and your location. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

    • I received an incorrect or defective item, what do I do? At FallenYetNotForgotten.com we work hard to mark sure the order process is problem free, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please email our support team at Support@FallenYetNotForgotten.com within 7 days of receiving your and let us know your problem, we will make sure your issues are resolved. Please include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective merchandise free of charge.
  • What if I need to make a return? We have a 30 day money-back guarantee for items on FallenYetNotForgotten.com. Items must be returned in their original/unused condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the unused item is returned, we will inspect the item's condition and issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
    • I made a mistake and need to cancel or change my order, what do I do? If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email our support team within 24 hours at Support@FallenYetNotForgotten.com. We cannot modify or cancel orders once your item has been processed and shipped and we will refer you to our Return Policy in that situation.
    • Where is my order? Sometimes there are delays in the shipping process which could cause your order to be late. These are rare cases and do not happen often. If your order isn't delivered within 21 days of the original order date, we can offer you a full refund on your purchase. Please note: To get your orders to you in the fastest manner, we may ship multiple packages at different times. Don't be concerned when one package arrives earlier than another, this helps to speed up shipping time.
