I have bought a combined amount to hand out to my numerous veteran friends. They are always appreciative and ask where they can purchase more. My belief it's a good way to thank a veteran.

I received one of your coins at a wedding from a former Army guy and thought that was pretty cool. I decided to order my own and pass them out. The coins were more than I expected when they arrived. They were excellently done, colors were vivid and you can read the writing. And they came in a hard plastic case. Highly recommend.

I live in a neighborhood with about 569 homes of those 43 are veterans. There are 3 couples who are veterans. I run a veteran appreciation (VA) project. These coins serve as a centerpiece for the veterans appreciation gifts given to each veteran on Veterans Day, along with flags, military swag/goodies. I have dealt in the challenge coin business for almost 17 years. Most recently I was responsible for the design and execution of challenge coins for senior staff in logistics Directorate HQ Air Force. I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to challenge coins. My only complaint with you folks is it takes forever to get your product! Even ordering them 2 to 3 months in advance of the need; otherwise, keep up the good work!!

As a Vietnam Veteran, I like to thank all Veterans for their service.
I love sharing the 'Thank You For Your Service' Challenge Coins with fellow veterans. I walk up to strangers who are wearing veteran hats, place the coin in my hand and shake hands with them, transferring the coin. I say, "Thank You for your service." It has generated some wonderful conversation. I do not mention I am a veteran - the appreciation is about them! I especially love sharing with World War II heroes!
Although my order did not arrive in time for the Veterans Day celebration, these guys truly enjoyed the gift!
We've given these and the first set we bought. We present the coins as husband and wife and thank them for their service. At first they think we're trying to sell something so they are standoffish but once we explain they are so pleased. Best experience ever
I couldn't believe how great the coins looked, so I bought 10 more. I passed them out at a grocery store and Walmart. I gave them out accordingly, I gave the Vietnam Veterans a particular coin and the Desert wars the other coins I bought. I am going to keep doing this because it's always nice to be reminded that we care and haven't forgotten. I am a Army Veteran from Desert Storm 1990 and thought it would be great to do this.
I am the President of American Legion Auxiliary, Dept of West Virginia, Unit #45, Follansbee. We recently invited the 10 members of the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad (based at our home Post) to a Gratitude Luncheon. These gentlemen Veterans present military honors at the funerals of Veterans the length of the Upper Ohio Valley, on both sides of the Ohio River. We etched glass ornaments with the American Legion Auxiliary seal and the fallen solider symbol. We included a "Thank You for Your Service" coin in each gratitude gift presented at the luncheon. They were so touched and honored; their wives gasped in awe. Several members told me, "In all the years I've been on the Memorial Squad, NO ONE EVER did ANYTHING like this for us!" You could feel the emotion & appreciation throughout the room. Thank you for the high-quality, affordable token of appreciation you offer. It added that "extra something" to our Gratitude Function.
U.S. Army, 1968-70 Viet Nam service 19May69 - 22Nov.69 Shot & wounded 22Nov69 Ret’d. to the States on 15 Dec. 69 my 21st Birthday. Medically discharged 19 June 70 Not sure if this is something you are looking for, if not let mr know what your thinking. I can tell ya I handed a couple out at the Vfw I belong to & they were very much surprised to receive one & with Veterans Day coming I intend to be handing them out on that day sfter our parade

It’s a pleasure to had out to veterans when I spot one, generally they proudly wear a ball cap or something to indicate their branch of service. My wife always has some medallions in her purse for me to hand out. She always thanks them for their service as well. My grandkids enjoy handing medallions out also. What I am really really really really really really hoping for some company to make a coin of the twin towers with a flag wrapped around them. As well as IRAQI and Afghanistan challenge coins.
