I'm a veteran who loves sharing coins with many veterans. Half of the coins on my coin flag are the fallen not forgotten brand. Those same coins I purchased multiple coins at a time, just to hand them out to veterans I cross paths with, or are in my circle. You can never see how honored those I give the coins to.
I gave there to the wounded warriors on a trip we did recently to Alaska , they really loved them , the quality is great , very happy with them !

Teaching my grandson how to show appreciation and respect to Police Officers.
This was on my last promotion. I am with my wife, my mom and dad, my daughter and my oldest brother. I made sure the first coin I received. I gave to my Father. He served in the Army, during Vietnam. He was drafted, and had it not been for his Honor and Respect that he has shown our whole Family. I don’t know where I would have been without him.
I usually have at least 2 or 3 coins in my pocket, so that I am ready if I see candidates to receive token/coins. My most recent gift was to a couple who had recently moved to our city. The veteran gentleman was ecstatic to receive the gift. I never give my name, because it’s not about me, but for the vet. I am proud to thank them for their service. I’m saving up $$$ To order more, ASAP!
I am not able to send pictures and/or video due to HIPAA rules. I am a clinical social worker at a veteran's center. I work mainly with veteran's that suffer from combat related trauma and military sexual trauma. I often use the coins I purchase to give to clients as an encouragement for their decision to seek help and/or when they finish counseling. Some of my veterans' parents and/or relatives who have served in other wars (e.g., Korea, Viet Nam) and I've passed on coins for their parents. This often has helped them to draw closer to their parents and other relatives that have previously served. Our agency doesn't have a budgeted allowance for these so I purchased them when I can. I love surprising Veterans in stores and restaurants by giving them a coin. They are usually very grateful especially a Veteran that served in the Vietnam era. I need to start getting pictures of the Veterans that I give a coin so I have the memory !!

I have given away about 50 tokens to retired police, and military. The tokens have been welcomed by all. Each person has thanked me for thinking about them, especially those in the Viet Nam era. I never give them my name, because I don’t want them to remember me, just want them to remember that America thanks them for their service. My wife & I are currently en rout to Pearl Harbor, where I hope to be able to give the remainder of my supply, so I’ll be placing another order soon. I have been getting the Thank You Coins as well as pins to highlight the start of our Unions Veterans Committee and all of the members who have received the items have appreciated the items. Especially our Vietnam and WW2 vets, they got choked up when I gave them them the pins.

Ok, when need to purchase..
I give the coins to strangers that are wearing Veteran hats, shirts, jackets whatever and they are so impressed that a civilian thinks that much of their service. I tell you I’ve cried with several Vietnam Veterans right in Walmart. I have met a lot of great people and I love how the family with them react. My favorites are the female veterans, they really are grateful!!! I give about 30 coins a month

I've gotten ten Thank you coins. And so far have only given out two. Both individuals had a surprise look on their face before I got big THANK YOU from them. The one who had the biggest surprise was a guy who retired from the Coast Guard. When we think of the services I don't think we really consider the Reserves, National Guard nor the Coast Guard who they all play their parts.

I give coins to Military men and women that I see out and about. We were at dinner the other night and I noticed a “Vietnam Veteran” hat on a gentleman in a restaurant . When we were leaving I walked over to their table and asked the wife if I could give her husband a present. She saw the coin and said”yes”. When I gave it to him he got tears in his eyes and said” That was the most honored I’d been since I left the Service.” It made him tear up and me too as well as his wife!! I’m glad I get the coins to give to our hero’s!!!!
