The firefighter coins (like the police coins I ordered earlier, and those several orders of the military coins (25 total also ordered)) are professionally minted and colored. I delivered them to our towns' firehall and the fire shift on duty was amazed at how nice they were and the wording on them. Earlier imgad delivered the police coins to our police statiion and the results were the same. All of the recipients were thankful for the recognition and grateful to have such a gift . We have a large number of military from all services here in Hawaii, so was able to seek out soldiers, airmen, marines and naval personnel to show our appreciation for their service. Will likely order more coins in the future for the military serving here in our islands.

OK. You asked for it; you got it, Toyota! My "story" and how it relates to your business.
As context, I'm a 30-year veteran of the US Army (Infantry Officer, Army Aviator. Medevac Pilot, Chinook Driver, War College Professor (25 years). WRT past as prelude (and truth-in-lending), I literally just missed Vietnam b/c of the timing of my Flight School classes and the eventual course of Kissinger's negotiations at the Paris Peace Conference, effectively ending US involvement in RVN in 1973.
By the same token, I had so, so many of my HS and college classmates willingly go forth and serve with honor and in literal obscurity, if not contempt. Some paid the ultimate price in the service of our great nation. Ergo, although I'm not a veteran of direct combat (try as I did to "get there"), I soooo deeply respect and admire all of those men and women who were leaning forward in the foxhole when the "call" came (including my Dad in WWII). Thus, your material offerings as a means and opportunity to offer some small measure of both humble thanks and sincere respect for those who "saw the elephant" (in Civil War terms) in WWII, Korea, RVN, Desert Shield/Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Horn of Africa, is incredibly important to me.
I carry a half-dozen coins everywhere I go and when I meet a veteran of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Shield/Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq and/or Horn of Africa, I make it point to greet the veteran and hand him on of your coins and express my thanks for both his service and sacrifice. Viewed in the aggregate, I could easily dispense 300 coins in six months, but the costs (per coin) are more (regrettably) than I can bear living on a constantly eroding monthly income as a retiree. As context for my observations, I've had "buckets" of coins produced for me as an aviation company and battalion commander. My costs were down in the $ 2.95-3.50 range depending on complexity of design and "options" such as colors and epoxy. Bottom Line: I love your coins (and the 1st responder coins, of which I ordered a few) but I must confess I found your prices somewhat "sporty" in the extreme, especially if the ultimate intent is to truly honor veterans and 1st responders. I've contracted for challenge coins for my personal units and my university where I now teach and did not have to incur such a steep cost. Not a sermon; just a thought. I would gladly purchase more, but not at the prices you are operating at. Still, I could not walk away and turn my back on the great work and great impact with the meaningful words you choose to emboss on your coins. Might there not be some more "middle ground" WRT costs"?
Warmest personal regards, Paul M. Severance, Colonel (Ret) US Army, Ph.D.

Great coin! What an honor to give to the firemen in our town. I have one more package to come to give to the police station. Thanks so much for the awesome quality of these coins to show appreciation for the job our first responders and veterans do.

The fire fighters are very surprised when I give them the coins and very appreciated too.

Received my third order and the quality has not decreased. The veterans, police officers and firefighters have all been absolutely stunned. After they thank me for such a great token of my appreciation, then they have all commented on the quality. If it's not broke ----
Jeannette M.
Purchased as thank you gifts, made several grown men cry. Worth the price to show my appreciation for the people who unselfishly serve.
Terry D.
A lifelong friend and his father are both firefighters. They serve us very well and deserve the recognition. I had the coins sent directly to him and he loves them.
Dale B.
These challenge coins are beautifully done. I can't wait to give them to firemen. Ever since 911 I have bought firemen their meals at restaurants. Wherever I have lived, the police and firemen got to know me because of this. Firemen saved my beloved friend/partner from certain death by getting him out of the World Trade Center before they collapsed

I purchased these 5 coins and 10 more that should be here in time for my Volunteer Fire Company's awards for firemen and fire police who have made the most calls in 2021. We are planning an award ceremony next month to present the awards. I plan on taking pictures at the Award Ceremony and to have the sent to Fallen Yet Not Forgotten. These men and woman volunteer and sacrifice their lives to save others.

I am a member of VFW Auxiliary 51 in Spokane, WA. I have purchased several of the Thank you for your Service coins. I give them to our Veterans who have served our country. Many have been surprised and many have had tears in their eyes. They were so grateful when they received them. I also ordered some for the police and have given them a coin. They were very surprised that someone would thank them for what they have done for their community. One police officer told me that he has never received anything this nice in his life. He also had a tear in his eye. It makes me feel good also to let them know that someone does care.
Donna J.
Loved the coins. Took over 3 months for them to get delivered with priority shipping.

Every time I have an opportunity to gift a challenge coin to a 1st responder i do so. These awards are so appreciated they make my heart swell. Where I live we have wonderful LEOs and firefighters. I can’t keep them to hand out fast enough.
Richard F.
These coins are such nice tokens of appreciation and each one is much appreciated by those who have received one from me. Thank you so much for making them available.
Leroy T.
Most of the comments I get are, this just makes my day!
Al F.
I haven't received these coins as of yet but my plans are to present them to firefighters as a thank you for their volunteer services to my community. They are heros in all senses of the word.
Dianne C.
These are beautiful. Heavier than I thought they would be, not a bad thing. Colors are bright.
Daniel B.
Very well made, fairly priced, and quick delivery. I’ve already given the police coin to a retired policeman, and he was very happy and moved. Thank you
Dale B.
I will be handing these out to some of our firefighters on veteran's day.
Woodrow K.
I am using these for probationary firefighters when the complete their training.

I purchased these coins to give to a few Extrodinary Volunteer Fire Fighters.
I'm just your ordinary guy that saw these brave Volunteer Fire Fighters battle a house fire that a very good friend of mine owned. I know these Fighters do that task and don't want anything anything for it. I just felt it was something to give them to show there's people out there that really care and appreciate what they do.
Deb M.
They are always on my person. Two days after I receive them I went grocery shopping. In the store was a local fire fighter. I approached him and offered it to him as a very small token of my appreciation for all of his hard work and efforts and for those at the fire station. He thanked me graciously and told me they had a special spot at the fire station where they contain various patches and coins that they had received. So a coin will proudly sit at Fairport Harbor Ohio’s fire hall as a reminder that so many are grateful ❤️

Went over very well with some of my firefighters! Quick delivery too.
